- Our taxi booking services are available through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
- Uma Taxi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking without prior notice in case of technical issues, unavailability, or safety concerns.
2. Booking and Cancellation
- Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details.
- Cancellations made before 1 hour of pickup time are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 1 hour of pickup time may attract a nominal cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the minimum trip fare.
3. Payment Policy
- Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or online transfer directly to Uma Taxi or the assigned driver.
- Final fares include tolls, parking, and other applicable charges (if any).
4. Liability
- Uma Taxi strives to ensure timely and safe service but will not be liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Uma Taxi is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
5. Safety and Conduct
- Customers must wear seat belts during travel.
- Any misconduct, misbehavior, or property damage by passengers will result in immediate termination of the ride without refund.
- Drivers are instructed to follow all traffic rules and maintain polite behavior.
6. Modification of Terms
- Uma Taxi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
